As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with various special educational needs within the classroom.

Providing one-on-one support to students during class activities and helping them with their academic and personal development.

Collaborating with the school's Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) and ensure students' progress is monitored effectively.

Previous experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs is highly desirable.
The ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic educational setting.
Knowledge of various special educational needs and strategies to support individual requirements.
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Additional training in special educational needs or related fields.
