- Ensuring the provision of a planned and stimulating environment which provides for the care and for the emotional and physical well-being of clients in the home.
- Ensuring the implementation, review and development of care or treatment plans for each client
- Effective management and leadership of staff.
- Maintaining good contacts and liaison outside the establishment to further the welfare of clients.
- You will ensure satisfactory maintenance of the building and ensuring that equipment and grounds are in a safe and satisfactory condition
- Maintaining confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines.
- You may provide care and personal care to clients
