- Providing phone and email based technical support to a variety of users, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to enable best use of Omnia and TerraMap
- Support in the day to day running of the newly established helpdesk, ensuring all calls, tickets and requests are dealt with effectively, communicating the status and escalating issues where required.
- Supporting with the production and delivery of on-going training to all users
- Providing support throughout the on-boarding process
- Actively seeking feedback on the platform, sharing any potential developments with the team

Due to continued growth, Hutchinsons are delighted to recruit a newly created role for a Technical Support Advisor to join our Omnia team, joining this newly established team based in our Wittering office.
You will be developing and maintaining expert level knowledge of Omnia, our market leading digital farming platform, to enable you to provide high quality technical support to both internal and external users.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThis role will suit someone with previous helpdesk experience who is highly IT literate and interested in developing an in-depth knowledge of Omnia. An interest in farming would be beneficial. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to adapt to your audience.
You will predominantly be office based, but a degree of working from home can be accommodated. During peak times of the farming year there will be a rota system for the team in order to provide some out of hours support.
In return you will have a varied, interesting role, working at the forefront of digital farming with a great team around you. You will be working from modern offices, with free on site car parking and will receive a competitive salary and benefits package and all the support and training required to build the necessary knowledge.
