- Collecting and Quality Checking of completed job cards within Base Maintenance.
- Quality Checking of completed Line Maintenance job cards.
- Closing of completed job cards within Base Maintenance Work Packages (paper and electronically).
- Scanning of Job Cards from both Base and Line Maintenance back to customer and into STS Job Files.
- Monitors complete and incomplete job cards within Work Packages for reporting / Quality Checking purposes.
- Performs general clerical duties, to include setting up files and entering and collecting computerized data.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Word
- Well organised and disciplined.
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Effective communicator both verbal and written.
- Supports others to achieve individual and company objectives.
- Promotes company values.
- Willing to work a Shift System
- A good knowledge of Aircraft Base and Line Maintenance – is preferred but not essential.
- Must have full UK or EU Driving Licence

We have an opportunity for a document controller to join our planning team on a 3-month fixed term contract. This will be a varied, fast paced role working as part of a team.
