    Are you looking for a new, exciting role in paediatric audiology?

    Would you like to work in a friendly, forward thinking, high performing team? Do you want to work in a vibrant city? If yes, yes, and yes we are looking for an enthusiastic professional who is passionate about paediatric audiology. The role is based within the paediatric audiology team at Children's Hearing Centre (CHC). The team consists of assistant audiologists, paediatric audiologists, and clinical scientists. We provide diagnosis, treatment planning and hearing aid fitting for babies and children of all ages. There is close liaison with the Newborn Hearing Screening Programme, Paediatric ENT, Sensory Support Service and the Hearing Implant Programme. The post holder will be based at St Michael's Hospital, Bristol. Clinical Excellence: Deliver expert audiological assessments and interventions to patients, with a focus on maintaining clinical excellence. Stay updated on the latest advancements in audiology to ensure the application of evidence-based practices. Patient-centred Care : Provide compassionate and patient-centred care, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with children and their families. Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with the audiology team, supporting a positive team culture. Provide guidance to less experienced staff and contribute to the professional development of the team. Quality Assurance : Contribute to the maintenance of high-quality audiological services by adhering to standards and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Engage in audits and implement improvements based on best practices.
