    To do this, you'll be in touch with our clients over the phone and by email, taking the time to discuss all of their enquiries.

    You'll support and build long term relationships with them, whilst gaining an understanding of their preferences, behaviours, and purchases.
    When it comes to admin, you'll treat it with the same importance as you do client service.

    You'll spend time accurately entering data and organising paperwork, as well as supporting with stock and packaging audits, placing stationery orders and periodic reports.

    You'll be in continual contact with our central office, brand partners, watch servicing team and manufacturers, to make sure that we're delivering to the highest standards, both in terms of quality and timeliness.

    There may also be times that you will support in booking interviews, as well as helping to organise events for the brand.

    We're also look for the following qualities:
    A passion for jewellery and watches
    Outstanding relationship-building skills & experience of delivering exceptional customer service
    Excellent organisational and planning skills
    A good level of IT knowledge, particularly MS Excel

    A flexible approach to your working week is essential due to the fast paced and changing nature of the role.

    A typical working week will be Monday to Friday however occasionally we may require you to work a Saturday instead of one of the days in the week.
