    Role Overview:


    We are seeking an experienced and dedicated store supervisor who possesses a high level of customer service and good knowledge of the Luxury Fashion industry to drive the sales team in excelling the store's targets and ensuring complete focus on the customer in order to deliver an excellent retail experience.


    Responsibilities:
    Deliver a unique customer service experience that increases retention rate, conversion rate and sales
    Work towards reaching the store's sales target, individual sales target, and the team's target
    Coach the sales team to ensure they reach their potential
    Develop and maintain client relationships
    Train the team on all procedures
    Analyse sales figures with the management team to ensure maximisation of sales
    Ensure adequate shop floor coverage at all times and that zoning areas are covered
    Work in a manner that increases both individual and team product knowledge
    Assisting the Store Manager with the morning briefs
    Go beyond clients' expectations to build and maintain long term relations

    Be a style advisor:
    recommend merchandise based on individual requirements
    Advise customers on utilization and care of merchandise and provide all necessary advice to clients regarding particular products or services
    Take customer payments, following company's guidelines at all times
    Assist in merchandising & inventory management, ensuring that shop appearance standards exceed company brand expectations
    Be a brand ambassador and comply with company policies and procedures at all times
    Keep up the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the store

    Essential Skills & Requirements

    Demonstrable experience of a similar role in retail sales within a luxury environment
    Proven track record of achieving sales target as an individual and as part of a team
    Commercially aware, staying up to date on current and new trends
    Excellent skills in maintaining and building new client relations with a high level of customer service
    Proven record of client relationships essential
