    Description

    We're now looking for a motivated Account Handler, to join the team here at Ravenhall Risk Solutions, who are now part of Jensten Group.

    You'll be based at our Leeds office, and we offer hybrid working options.

    Reporting to the Regional MD, the main purpose of the role is to work closely with our Account Executives, helping them to renew and offer assistance to our customers, as well as obtaining new ones.

    Our customers are made up of long-standing clients who have a strong relationship with us, and it's a mixture of Commercial General Insurance mainly for SME's.

    Offer and present insurance solutions including insurance policies and other risk management solutions, with purpose to secure renewal and/or new business.

    To assist in team performance by regular communication with colleagues and manager to establish and raise concerns and provide solutions.

    To understand client's business operations, opportunities and risks and their approach to risk management and insurance.
    To ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards and external compliance regulations, e.g. As one of our Account Handlers, you'll have excellent communication and written skills with a keen eye for detail.

    You will be the type of person who wants to constantly develop, and you can expect fantastic career progression, training & development within the role and Insurance Industry in general.

    Good general insurance background and knowledge - especially in Commercial Insurance
    Excellent telephone manner, being able to network & build working relationships easily
