The job entails working in a fast paced, team environment while managing contractors, schedules, and budgets for self-developed projects. Arbor Homes allows for flexible schedules, centered around performance and is very family oriented. Arbor Homes is focused on employee growth and offers tremendous opportunities for career development.Land Development experience in any of the following:
inspections, utilities, sitework contractors, municipal employees, zoning, permitting, is preferred; New home construction experience preferred but not required.
