- Lead grid connection applications and project development, ensuring smooth progress
- Manage workload independently and report to the Network Infrastructure Lead
- Analyse complex grid-related issues and propose viable solutions during the application process
- Maintain a comprehensive data storage system for grid analysis and connection assessments
- Foster and sustain relationships with DNOs, DSOs, ESO, and TOs to facilitate smoother operations
- Drive the development of our client Capacity Estimation System (ACES) to enhance efficiency
- Stay abreast of RIIO Business Plan Components and relevant network publications for informed decision-making
- Conduct ongoing research to explore avenues for improving company capabilities
- Actively participate in industry working groups and forums to stay updated on industry trends

- Familiarity with software tools like PowerFactory, IPSA, and related platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, essential for effective collaboration
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage risks efficiently, ensuring project success
- Previous experience at a DNO, Transmission Owner, or System Operator, providing valuable insights
- Familiarity with complementary design software and scripting languages, enhancing productivity
- Coding or scripting experience in PowerFactory or IPSA, streamlining processes
