    Description

    Introduction

    FullTime / Permanent positions - 35 hours per week.
    BaseSalary : £20,300 - £21,300 dependant on experience
    RSAOffice - Lynchwood House, Peterborough. Range of set workingpatterns including evenings and weekends
    Monday-Friday; 8– 8.15pm, Sat 9 – 5.15pm, Sun pm.

    Therole will be a hybrid working arrangement split between ourPeterborough office and home.

    The role willinclude initial training and support during which we will need youto be on site full time to ensure you are happy, confident, andperforming in the role (minimum of 6 months).

    YourRole

    You will be part of ourCustomer Service Adviser team. After training you can choose to bebased fully on site or work within a hybrid working environment, wehave a minimum expectation of one day per month in the office,although you may wish to work in the office more frequently thanthis.

    We treat our customers as people, notnumbers, and you will be at the forefront of this, offering anyhelp, support, and guidance they need.

    Weprovide necessary training, so you have all the tools at yourdisposal. As part of your role, you will be working on shiftpatterns with some evening and weekendwork.
