- To provide expertise in a specialist clinical area which willcontribute to YJS CAMHS team and the Harmful Sexual Behaviour(HSB) service.
- To manage all the referrals to Lambeth HSB service and provide highly specialist assessment and clinical formulation to clients with complex mental health needs. You will provide specialist HSB support to young people and their families where there has been sexually harmful behaviour by the young person.
- To select and deliver specialist evidence based mental healthtreatments, monitoring outcome and modifying and adaptinginterventions, drawing on a range of theoretical models. This includesformulation of multiagency risk management plans to minimise risk offurther offending and implementation of therapeutic programmes toaddress sexually harmful behaviour.
- To continue running a successful monthly HSB forum inviting colleagues from the local authority on the panel for professionals to bring HSB cases for consultation.
- To contribute to the development of the knowledge and skills base within the HSB service by maintaining an active awareness of currentdevelopments in sexually harmful behaviour and by implementingknowledge gained in practice.
- To provide professional and clinical supervision to junior practitioners or trainees for all aspects of their work.
- To provide specialist training to other professions as appropriate,including normative, and non-normative sexual behaviour, why youngpeople engage in harmful sexual behaviour, and assessment andintervention of harmful sexual behaviour including safety planning.
- To identify aspects of the service, which could be improved and initiate and implement service development projects.
- Manage the direct and indirect clinical operational aspects of the day to day service delivery of Lambeth HSB project across different agencies including CAMHS, YJS, Social Care, Education, Police and health.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated CAMHS Harmful Sexual Behaviour (HSB) Senior Clinical Psychologist to work within the YJS CAMHS and Lambeth CAMHS. The post holder will primarily provide specialist consultations to multi-agency professionals and some direct clinical work including the provision of AIM assessment/intervention. Specialist supervision will be provided to support the post holder in the role. Applicants will need to have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with experience in the psychological aspects of caring for children and adolescents with mental health problems/needs.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be the lead for the Harmful Sexual Behaviour (HSB) service providing consultation to professionals. They will have specific responsibility for provision of specialist AIM assessment, treatment, planning, implementation and monitoring of outcomes. They will clinically supervise the Band 7 psychologist within the service . The successful candidate will be involved in further service and policy development with opportunities for research and service evaluation. They will be a valued member of the YJS CAMHS team offering clinical input in the multidisciplinary team.

YJS CAMHS is a multidisciplinary team that provides specialist mental health treatment to young people who have become engaged with the Youth Justice System and need help. The team comprises of 1 CAMHS Practitioner, 1 Senior Clinical Specialist, 1 HSB Lead, 1 HSB Clinical Psychologist, 1 Youth Justice Liaison & Diversion Practitioner and a part-time Consultant Psychiatrist and Clinical Service Lead. The Team offers a combination of evidence-based interventions and work closely with the Youth Justice Team.
