    Account Director- ATL Integrated Marketing

    ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

    We are looking for a Junior Account Director or an experienced Senior Account Manager who is ready to step up.

    You will join a team of collaborative and motivated individuals and will run strategic and creative projects for one of our flagship accounts.

    Reporting into a Business Director and depending on project size, you will work closely with the Managing Partner on fully integrated ATL marketing campaigns.

    As an Account Director, you will also have line managers responsibilities and will be responsible in guiding and developing more junior resource (AM, AE.)
    Be a trusted advisor and first point of contact to our key clients (at Manager/Senior Manager level)
    Understand the wider context of your client business beyond the project specification and tasks
    Update your clients on a regular basis, showing you are in control of the project management of their campaign
    Keep BD/MP up to speed on project development and be able to identify potential flags and growth opportunities
    Be responsible for the commercial aspects and the finance admin of the projects you are leading
    At least 5 years experience in a creative agency, working on origination of fully integrated ATL campaigns
    A proven track record of playing an integral role in building client relationship and leading creative development and production of ATL campaigns
