    Cerebra Search is pleased to collaborate with one of the Top 100 rapidly expanding Fintech companies and a leading firm for advancing your career, to recruit a new Head of Data.

    Insights about the company:

    • Established in 2017 by two highly skilled Investment Bankers, this FinTech has acquired significant funding through private investment to aid customers in managing their financial stability and protecting them from the risk of perpetual debt cycles.
    • Committed to assisting individuals in enhancing their financial management, the company is experiencing rapid growth, acquiring 10,000 new customers monthly, with a projected total of 300,000 by year-end.

    Responsibilities you will shoulder:

    • We're seeking a professional capable of formulating and executing a detailed data strategy that aligns with business expansion and innovation, and adept at articulating these strategies to non-technical staff.
    • Furthermore, we require someone with expertise in constructing, guiding, nurturing, and overseeing a team of data analysts, with a vision for team development in line with the company's growth.
    • As DPO, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish and implement data governance best practices to safeguard data assets' integrity and reliability. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable and effective data frameworks and systems to facilitate data storage, processing, and analysis.

    Qualifications you bring to the table:

    • You must possess a track record of effectively expanding and supervising data teams, preferably within a startup or scale-up environment.
    • Outstanding communication skills are a must, along with the capability to grasp data-related issues from a non-technical standpoint and propose data-driven solutions.
    • Proven capacity to strategically align your team's efforts to meet the company's demands.
