    Position: Registered Manager (Children's Residential)
    Salary: £38,000-£45,000 PA + £5,000 Bonus
    Location: Smethwick
    OT Rate: x 1.25

    All that we require of new applicants is that you have the experience to be able to demonstrate our shared values - You must demonstrate integrity and accountability, be committed, responsible, person-centred and perhaps most importantly, be enthusiastic in your actions.

    All applicants must be willing to undergo and enhanced DBS check and must be able to provide at least two references covering the past three years.
    Applicants must also provide reference information for all positions related to working with children and the vulnerable and details of employment going back to full time education.
