    Position:
    Senior Surveyor/Surveyor –

    Property Asset Management Salary:
    Up to £55,000 plus bonus + benefits

    Location:
    London, flexible hybrid available

    We are currently working on some fantastic opportunities for Senior Surveyors/Surveyors to join established teams and develop their careers across a range of sectors including offices, retail, industrial and leisure.

    You will be the primary contact, involved in all aspects of client service delivery, with a focus advising on opportunities to maintain and enhance the performance of the property investments.

    Our clients are looking for a "hands on" proactive approach, with a clear focus on customer service, experience in working with service charges, market leading ESG performance, wellness, and activation is desireable.

    Plus, leadership to deliver brilliant core services in accordance with KPIs is essential, in keeping with market leading professional property management services.

    property management experience is essential
    to date knowledge of current legislation and case law relevant to property management
    to have post qualified experience in commercial property management
    Understand clients' business and asset management objectives to maximise client performance
    Be proactive, identify and implement new approaches to improve efficiency, be customer focussed and improve performance
    Ensure that property database is accurately maintained. Pro-actively manage lease event dates such as reviews, lease expiries and options and assisting with strategy implementation.

    Rent & Service Charge collection – to be accountable for delivering pre-agreed collection targets for rent, service charge and other monies as appropriate.

    Service charge – to be accountable for issuing the service charge budget for each property and the service charge year end reconciliation in line with RICS Service Charge Code and client mandates.

    Manage ESG, ensure data is collected, analyzed and performance improvements implemented, tracked and compliance targets and objectives met.
