Description
Job Title: 1:1 SEN Teaching AssistantWe are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) pupil.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing individualised assistance to a non-verbal pupil who requires additional support in a school setting.
Provide 1:1 support to an EYFS student with special educational needs.Implement strategies and activities to support the student's individualised education plan.
Collaborate with the classroom teacher and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience.
Previous experience working with SEN children in a 1:1 capacity.
Knowledge of and experience in implementing strategies for students with special educational needs.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with other members of the school team.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs.
Flexible but part-time, either mornings only or afternoons only
