    Description

    Simbec-Orion is a responsive and agile full-service CRO, with wide therapeutic experience and specialist expertise in clinical pharmacology, oncology and rare diseases.

    With a focus on tailormade and scalable solutions, we'll adapt our delivery style, communications and operations to suit the demands of the project, helping clients achieve their clinical and commercial objectives.

    We are looking for a Contact Centre Associate to join our Enrolment Services team for a 12 month fixed term contract.

    You will manage the recruitment of healthy volunteers and patients for studies undertaken in the Clinical Pharmacology Unit at Simbec-Orion and act as one of the main points of contact for new and existing volunteers.


    Manages and responds to all clinical trial enquiries from volunteers made by telephone, email, or social media.
    Supports in the monitoring of Simbec-Orion's Volunteer Website and Social Media pages during general or specific campaigns.

    Supports the Senior Contact Centre Associates in effectively tracking and reporting on key study statistics, including advertising campaigns metrics, volunteer application, and screening data.

    Supports with managing the volunteer recruitment database, ensuring accurate data entry and information is correct and dealt with in a highly confidential manner, including the performance of database searches according to specific trial protocols, to identify suitable eligible volunteers for upcoming studies.

    Educated to GCSE level or overseas equivalent.
    Strong computer skills including but not limited to MS-Office products such as Excel, Word, and Teams.
    Educated to A-Level or Equivalent (BTEC/ HND/NVQ) or overseas equivalent.
    Previous experience in running social media campaigns such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
    Understanding of the General Data Protection legislation when handling personal information.
