We have an exciting opportunity for a new role supporting the Director of Finance. The Finance Manager will oversee the Finance Team and ensure the smooth running of the department. They will be responsible for producing Monthly Management Accounts and Budget Variation Reports with an eye for accuracy. They will be responsible for reconciling all Balance Sheet items and investigating any differences arising, analysis of all Income and Expenditure codes and liaising with budget holders to understand any variances against Budget. They will assist with Budget Setting and updating the Finance Software once Budgets are finalised.

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (FTE £31,250 – £35,000)

Hours: 28 hours per week

Location: Hybrid (home working and at our Central Office, Leamington Spa)
