    What you'll be doing...

    The Strategy Analyst is a pivotal role within the Strategy Department, reporting to the Head of Strategy Operations. This role plays a vital part in supporting the definition of the company's overarching strategy and supporting the regional teams in monitoring and boosting performance as well as driving strategic projects

    To be successful you'll bring...


    • Experience in credible management consulting firms or banking.

    • Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and reports to convey findings and recommendations.

    • Strong analytical and financial competence.

    • Interest in working with data and modelling on excel, translating sophisticated data into clear and compelling visuals.

    • Strong attention to detail and deliverables adhering to quality standards.

    • Proven ability to conduct detailed research and synthesise complex information.

    • Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with collaborators at all levels.

    • Exposure to senior management, encouraging relationship-building skills.

    • Independent problem solver with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    • Thrives in both collaborative team environments and autonomous work settings.

    • Proficiency in English and German required. Additionally, French highly desirable.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.

    • Good to have: Experience in strategic analysis within retail or real estate as well as data manipulation and reporting on Tableau.
