We are seeking a dedicated Global People Partner to join our team at XYZ Company. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team working on a strategic yet achievable People Partner strategy, with a focus on shaping the future of the company.
Your main responsibilities will involve designing and delivering a comprehensive learning and development (L&D) syllabus. This includes identifying L&D needs, setting objectives, structuring the curriculum, selecting suitable learning methods, and evaluating feedback.
We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills, capable of deriving insights from people data using spreadsheets. Additionally, the ability to assess training needs, conduct tailored sessions, and communicate effectively is essential.
