    Description

    Ready to step up and lead with vision, driving sales for an international company who are making a great impression in the UK dairy sector?

    The UK Country Manager will be responsible for leading a talented team to achieve company goals, implementing strategic direction and actively pursuing new avenues to forge and grow a strong directory of dealers. A seasoned business professional with a hands-on approach, you will foster a supportive and inspiring leadership style, encouraging continuous improvement to maximise sales and drive business growth. A home-based role, you will be well versed at managing your own diary and travelling across the UK. An exciting new role for a proven sales individual, passionate about the dairy industry who leads by example, demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric approach in everything they do. Role Responsibilities
    • To develop and implement sales strategies, aligned with business objectives
    • To cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with the dealer network and farming community
    • To lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets, providing ongoing support, dual calling and enabling personal development
    • To proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • To stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity, promoting brand presence
    • To produce financial and sales reports, analysing performance identifying areas for growth and improvement
    • To collaborate with cross functional teams to align sales strategies across the business
