    Junior Country Manager (m/w) für Niederlande und UK

Weltweit sind tausende Autoren und Auftraggeber registriert, die monatlich mehr als Textaufträge über Textbroker abwickeln. Kunden können Texte in den Sprachen Deutsch, Englisch (US & UK), Französisch, Spanisch, Italienisch, Niederländisch, Polnisch und Portugiesisch (BR & PT) von Muttersprachlern schreiben lassen. Zu den Auftraggebern von Textbroker zählen weltweit führende, börsennotierte Konzerne, SEO-Agenturen, Shop-Betreiber, Reiseportale, Social-Media-Communitys, Verlage und Webmaster.

    Unser modernes Büro verfügt über eine Mitarbeiter-Lounge mit Küche und liegt in der Mainzer Innenstadt mit bester Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich das Landesmuseum, Einkaufsstraßen und zahlreiche Essensmöglichkeiten. Wir haben eine starke Firmenkultur und treffen uns einmal im Monat zum Stammtisch sowie bei den jährlichen Sommer- und Weihnachtsfesten. Der Teamgeist wird zusätzlich durch unsere "Health Months" gefördert: Hier sind die Abteilungen abwechselnd dafür verantwortlich, die Kollegen mit gesundem Essen sowie sportlichen oder geistigen Aktivitäten zu begeistern.

    Eine Position mit vielfältigen Aufgaben erwartet Sie

    Wir betreuen in Mainz nicht nur unsere deutsche Plattform , sondern inzwischen auch die schnell wachsenden Länderportale , , , , , , , und Wir suchen eine/n Junior Country Manager (m/w) für unsere stark expandierenden Portale NL und UK. Als Junior Country Manager von und prüfen Sie in unserem Mainzer Büro eingehende Textaufträge, bewerten die Texte unserer Autoren und betreuen Kunden und Autoren per E-Mail und Telefon. Der Arbeitsvertrag ist zunächst auf 12 Monate befristet.

    Ihr Aufgabengebiet

    • Aufteilung der Arbeitszeit zwischen unseren Portalen und zu jeweils 50 %
    • Projektmanagement für Managed-Client-Projekte und bei Bedarf Projektkoordination internationaler Projekte
    • Verwaltung und Umsetzung eines Redaktionskalenders für Publikationen auf den Webseiten der beiden Länderportale sowie auf externen Seiten und Social Media. Darüber hinaus Konzeption und Umsetzung weiterer Marketing-Aktionen (z. B. Webinare) und Teilnahme an Messen in Niederlande / UK
    • Aufbau, Pflege und Koordination eines Freelancer-Netzwerks mit Schwerpunkt auf Autoren und Editoren für alle operativen Prozesse (mit Kunden wie auch für interne Projekte) in Niederlande und UK
    • Ansprechpartner für Anfragen von Kunden und Autoren
    • Eigenständige Korrektorats- / Editorentätigkeiten oder Übersetzungsarbeiten, wenn nötig

    Das werfen Sie für uns in die Waagschale

    • Bestehendes Netzwerk und/oder Kenntnisse unseres Zielmarktes (SEO-, Media- und Marketing-Agenturen, E-Commerce Shopbetreiber, Webmaster-Community, Publisher ...)
    • Erfahrung im Vertrieb sowie Affinität für Vertriebstätigkeiten
    • Nachweisbar ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der Sprache, Grammatik und Rechtschreibung in Ihrer Muttersprache (Niederländisch)
    • Hervorragende Englischkenntnisse sowie ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse
    • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Teamgeist für sicheren Umgang mit Kunden und Kollegen
    • Große Affinität zu Internet-Themen wie Social Media, E-Commerce, New Economy usw.
    • Proaktives und lösungsorientiertes Denken
