    Job Description

    • Manage and resolve complex regulatory and conduct matters.
    • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
    • Handle caseloads efficiently and effectively, ensuring all deadlines are met.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Participate in the development of departmental strategies and plans.
    • Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes within the professional services industry.
    • Lead and mentor junior members of the legal department.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Senior Lawyer should have:

    • A degree in law and a professional qualification to practice.
    • Proven expertise in regulation and conduct within the legal industry.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
