    Description
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing efforts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

    You will play a critical role in assisting the testing team to achieve project objectives, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional standards of quality.

    The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of testing methodologies.

    As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for participating in the end-to-end testing process, from test design to execution and reporting.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to identify test requirements, define test scenarios, and prioritize testing activities.

    You will be adept at raising, communicating and seeing defects through to resolution.

    Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have experience in the logistics sector, enabling them to understand the unique challenges and requirements of testing software solutions in this domain.

    You will leverage your industry knowledge to ensure that the testing efforts align with the specific needs of the delivery and logistics industry and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

    Your ability to analse complex systems, identify risks, and propose innovative solutions will be essential in maintaining high-quality standards and continuously improving our testing practices.

    Experience


    • Demonstrate proficiency in one or more test management tools, exhibiting the ability to independently use, and maintain the tools to ensure a high standard of performance and maintenance.
    • Ability to follow a structured and rigorous defect and issue management process, ensuring timely and resilient escalation and resolution mechanisms are in place.
    • Proven ability to work successfully within fast paced delivery methodologies including both Agile & Waterfall development.
    • Support and provide guidance to external participants and providers as required.
    • Publish testing metrics to support testing activities and project implementation decision-making processes.
    • Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building, at project level.
    • Takes ownership, initiative and displays a positive approach.
    • Accepts change in a project delivery environment and manages the effects well.
