    Financial Lines Manager
    City of London
    £70,000 - £90,000 + package


    IDEX has partnered with a long-standing, independent UK wholesale Broker, who are looking to expand their London presence and as part of this are keen to attract a Head of Financial Lines insurance.


    The focus of the role will be to develop, manage and grow the Financial Lines portfolio alongside placing business on behalf of the retail arm of the business.

    As the Financial Lines expert in the team, the Manager will provide access to market (both Lloyd's Syndicates and Insurers) for the Broker panel and excellent customer service.


    Duties will include maintaining and growing a book of Financial Lines business, managing and maintaining an efficient panel of Broker partners, achievement of personal new business development target and working closely with the marketing team to develop local marketing and events strategy.


    This role would be ideally suited to a Senior Financial Lines Broker, with UK wholesale experience and Underwriter relationships, looking to take a step up into a leadership role (or an established Manager).

    Evidence of both Broker management and development is essential.

    This is a long-term development opportunity and as such it is not a pressurised sales culture; the team is collaborative and service driven.
