- Immerse yourself in our dynamic culture to present strategic solutions to new and existing clients.
- Lead New Business Development within the Enterprise Growth Team, identifying opportunities with new leads and aligning services accordingly.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events to generate new leads.
- Provide insights, support RFPs, and contribute to new client meetings.
- Effectively communicate solutions to clients and recommend improvements in the New Business Design process.
- Write proposals, estimates, and SOWs based on new client requests.
- Track key metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in new business development, account management, or leadership.
- Proven track record in working with clients on packaging, print production, digital marketing, and other services.
- Experience in Client Service and building client relationships.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with large audiences.
- Positive attitude towards challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
- Curiosity, commitment to learning, and understanding of the Design to Print process.
- Desire to foster relationships within the organization and willingness to travel.
