    Job SummaryWorking as part of the onsite completion team this role will be key to ensuring our product is delivered on time to the correct quality standard and also that the process of completion satisfies clients expectations.

    The location of this role requires flexibility. You will normally be working away from home, based only at Factory 1 when no site work is required.

    You will work on our deployment sites completing "zip up activities" on modules from the factory to make sure that they are meeting the correct standards of completion and quality before handing over to our customers.

    You will be required to work in a safe way ensuring adherence to all health and safety standard on site and ensure that all interactions with relevant partners are professional (TopHat Staff, contractors, customers and visitors).You may be asked to assist in other ad-hoc tasks on site as required, to ensure the timely delivery of homes to our customers.

    The ability to work dynamically on site to address any problems encountered will be key.
    Key Responsibilities and Authority1.

    Being an excellent communicator with your factory/site colleagues and others on site to understand the works you are required to do.2.

    Completing tasks to the trained SOPS ensuring high quality and processes.3. Using hand-held tools to make adjustments to materials as required.4. Operating pneumatic and electrical plant and equipment, including hand tools.5. Cladding panels with sheet materials using semi-automated framing equipment and hand tools.6. Making wall panels using semi-automated framing equipment and hand tools.7. Fitting of doors/windows and other materials as required.8. Working towards deadlines, additional hours may be required from time to time.9. To follow, contribute and promote TopHat Health and Safety, Environmental Quality Systems.10. Any other duties as deemed necessary to meet the needs of the business.
