We are looking for an individual with experience and proven skills in reception work, administration and telephone appointment centres and excellent people skills, to join our large, busy and friendly Diagnostic Imaging Admin Team.

The role will include performing specialised reception cover, booking specialised Imaging appointments and administrative duties, also dealing with queries face to face and over the phone.

You will be front line in meeting and welcoming patients, visitors and staff to the department and therefore you must be confident in dealing with people at all levels.

Please note that this role may close early dependent on number of applicants received.

  • Work accurately and calmly under pressure.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • To be able to multitask.
  • Excellent timekeeping.

The Job is 37.5 hours per week, We work various shifts over 7 days from Monday to Sunday, different shift patterns and weekend work applies to this role.

Our department is open from 8am to 8pm, and an example of different shifts could be 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 12pm-8pm, and all shifts will be on a rota.


The role will cover 4 different reception areas and a call centre; Main X-Ray department, Ultrasound Department, MRI department and Women's Clinic Ultrasound reception.
