Role Overview and Responsibilities An opportunity has arisen for an AP Analyst to join the Finance Team, reporting to the Finance Manager. This role will be Primary processor of all Accounts Payable activity Main duties & responsibilities:
    • Process incoming AP invoices
    • Process expense claims, credit card payments and other ad hoc items
    • Resolve AP issues communicating directly with local customer & Cicor Teams
    • Perform Supplier Statement Reconciliations
    • Create payment proposals and load payments into bank portal
    • Process all non-standard AP payments
    • Load new/changes to supplier master data
    • Forecast Cash Payments
    • Prepare AP KPI's
    • Perform other Finance duties as required
    Qualifications, Skills and Attributes The core requirements for this role are:
    • Experience in AP within a medium / large business
    • Demonstrate good numeracy or accountancy skills
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to work with business wide teams
    • Strong IT skills

    Our Recruitment Process:
    • Shortlisted candidates will be initially interviewed via Microsoft Teams. This will allow you the opportunity to ask questions and find out more about TT, our site and our team. It will also give us the chance to learn more about you and your experience to date. At this point both parties can decide if they would like to continue with the process.
    • Onsite panel interview will be held at the Newport site and include a tour of the facility.

    Due to the specific projects the site supports we are unable to sponsor work visas for this role. Candidates will be required to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard Clearance.
