    Turner & Townsend is one of the leading consultancy providers to the Infrastructure sector and we have a thriving UK Estimating team making the difference for a large number of clients both in the UK and Overseas.

    We are now looking for talented Associate Director-level Estimating professionals to work within the South West region on a wide range of projects and major programmes of work, and to support the leadership of our ambitious growth plans.

    Although our work is predominantly for regionally based clients, as workload requires, our Estimators have the opportunity to work remotely (within region) on estimating tasks for our clients both nationally and internationally.

    Cost intelligence and benchmarking
    Leading or managing the production of accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans for projects/programmes;
    Playing a leading role in the development and promotion of estimating good practice within Turner & Townsend in line with our Estimating Vision 25;
    Playing a leading role in the South West region helping to achieve regional strategic goals;
    Responsibility for the development of junior members of the estimating team
    Taking a lead role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages;
    Staff management (where appropriate);
    Knowledge management .
    Qualified to high standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with proven relevant experience;
    Previous experience of working with estimating software packages;
    Experience of working on Major Programmes and Projects;
