- Administration of contracts, fleet management, and forklift management.
- Completing daily bank reconciliations for all bank accounts, including posting banking transaction journals and resolving reconciling items promptly.
- Timely and accurate maintenance of approved customer and supplier Masterfiles to facilitate customer orders and supplier transactions. Conducting AR and AP data cleansing quarterly to ensure ERP system requirements are met and data consistency is maintained.
- Managing prepaid cash card for the Tegel Group, including uploading money on prepaid cash cards for various sites, recording uses, and reconciling the account.
- Providing support for other finance-related tasks as required.
- Previous experience in financial or accounts administration support.
- Proactive and inquisitive approach with effective problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels and across various functions.
- Practical experience with computer-based operating systems and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
