We work in partnership with institutions such as the NHS, insurance companies and universities to deliver therapy, psychiatry, neurodevelopmental assessments and post diagnosis care for adults, children and young people.
We also know that everyone has a life outside work, so we're happy to discuss flexible working. Senior Non-Medical Prescribing Nurse/ Matron (Band 8C/D)Extensive experience leading a similarly complex clinical service, e.g. NHS community service, Hospital Setting, Private Healthcare provider
Experience of managing large clinical teams and individual performance where concerns about individual practice arise
Experience of managing a fast-growing service
Team player and proven leadership qualities and experience
Ability to manage a large and diverse, homebased team
Multidisciplinary team management
Ability to quickly assimilate and critically analyse new information for example finance, governance, performance, contracting.
Maintain Governance, patient safety and quality, working in close collaboration with the Clinical Governance and Risk Division
Workforce planning and resource management
Performance and operational oversight
Line management of Clinical Leads, and support prescribers in training
To implement measures to improve clinical effectiveness and support assurance for all regulated and non-regulated clinical activity in line with CQC requirements.
Implement and monitor outcome metrics across clinical servicesWork in close collaboration with Clinical Risk and Governance Division to implement and iteratively refine ensure tighter KPIs and clearer reporting
Work closely with closely with Chief Clinical Growth Officer on clinician training and development, and the implementation of new service lines.
Deputise, when required, for the Clinical Director, working closely with the Medical Director, and Clinical Leads to ensure the clinical robustness of processes, adherence to protocols and the further development of monitoring and reporting systems to ensure safe practice is always our key priority.
