    Lead Chef, Covent Garden London up to £35k+ tipsLocated near Covent Garden, London, this Mexican street food restaurant offers authentic tacos in a fast-casual dining setting.

    All food is freshly prepared on site with handmade tacos and salsas.
    As the Lead Chef, you will be
    • Preparing homemade tacos and salsas from scratch as well as preparing al pastor
    • Working alongside the owners to produce authentic Mexican food
    • Managing HACCP, temperature checks and stock levels
    • Leading and training a team of chefsOpening hours are Monday to Sunday, 11:30 - 00:30Working hours are 5/7, 48 hours per week Our ideal candidate would be
    • A strong Chef at either Chef de Partie Level or above with a proven background in Mexican cuisine or a tacoria
    • Experienced at cooking authentic tacos and Mexican food
    • Genuinely passionate about Mexican cuisine
    • Able to take the lead in the kitchen
    • A strong leader with good communication skills and the ability to train others
    • Willing to learn and develop
