    Job Summary
    • Join the Real Estate Finance team focusing on property forming loan security, reporting to the Head of Real Estate Finance.
    • Provide specialist property support for origination, loan management, and credit risk functions, optimizing real estate-related risks.
      What You'll Do
    • Conduct property due diligence for new transactions and existing book substitutions, managing external consultants.
    • Oversee annual loan portfolio real estate security valuation exercises and ad hoc valuations, ensuring accurate data.
    • Maximize recovery from real estate security, manage consensual disposal, and provide advice on exit strategies.
    • Collaborate with various teams to support business needs and ensure appropriate loans are originated.
    • Undertake specific projects as required by the Head of REF.
    Who You Are
    • In-depth knowledge of the real estate sector as an asset class.
    • Strong commercial property skills in asset management and valuation, with a technical background.
    • Substantial experience in commercial property or commercial property lending environments.
    Qualifications
    • Full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - Essential
    • Degree-level qualification - Desirable
    • Full UK Driving Licence required
