The Role:
As an
ICTTeacher, you will deliver engaging and interactive lessons that enable students to develop their digital skills, computational thinking, and problem-solving abilities

Curriculum Delivery:

Plan and deliver high-quality
ICTlessons that cover a range of topics, including computer science, digital literacy, coding, and information technology, catering to the diverse learning needs of students.

Provide hands-on opportunities for students to explore and experiment with a variety of software applications, digital tools, and programming languages, fostering creativity and innovation.

Digital Citizenship:

Teach students responsible and ethical use of technology, including internet safety, cyberbullying awareness, and digital footprint management, promoting positive digital citizenship.

Project-Based Learning:

Facilitate project-based learning experiences that allow students to apply their
ICTskills and knowledge to real-world problems and challenges, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.

Assessment and Feedback:

Assess students' digital skills and understanding, providing constructive feedback and support to help them develop and refine their
ICTcapabilities.

Integration:

Collaborate with colleagues across subject areas to integrate
ICTinto cross-curricular projects and activities, enhancing students' digital literacy across the curriculum.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Passion for
ICTeducation and a strong knowledge of the
ICTcurriculum, including computer programming, digital literacy, and information technology concepts.

Technical proficiency in a range of software applications, programming languages, and digital tools, with experience using technology to enhance teaching and learning.

Commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity in
ICTeducation, ensuring all students have the opportunity to develop essential digital skills and competencies.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in
ICTeducation.

A competitive daily rate of £120-£220.
Full-time position with an immediate start.
