Description
We are looking to recruit to an already existing team with 2 fixed term contract posts. One will be a six-month contract and the other a 12-month contract. To help us fill an exciting role within the Hospital to Home team.Both roles will be working out of our Leamington HQ hub.
This supporting the NHS, Public Health and our Fire Service strategies in making communities safer within Warwickshire.
As part of the role you must be committed to Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults whilst carrying out your work.
Following receipt of your expression of interest, these will be sifted and successful candidates will be invited for an interview to select the most suitable individual to undertake the vacancies, 1 x 12-month fixed term contract and 1 x 6 month fixed term contract.
