    The Opportunity...


    We're looking for a Store Manager for our exciting new store opening in Spitalfields, East London.

    As a store manager, you will have full accountability for the KPI performance of the counter and the management and ongoing development of their team, while building strong relations with all levels of host store management and teams. As a key Brand Ambassador, you will ensure BYREDO's positioning as a true luxury brand.

    Sales

    • Offer the BYREDO experience all customers
    • Recruit new customers to strengthen our existing clientele

    People Management

    • Guide your team to achieve the target of the point of sale
    • Manage temporary staffs during key commercial moments (such as pop up; end of year; ..)
    • Do daily operational briefing on store corner results
    • Develop the team into the best brand ambassador
    • Oversee store planning

    Store Management

    • Share report on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
    • Drive rotative and annual store inventories
    • Be accountable for the merchandising to be aligned with Byredo standards

    We'd love to meet you if you have...

    • You have a proven experience in store management of at least 5 years, ideally in the luxury cosmetics sector
    • You are flexible in your working hours in order to fully assume the sales according to the rhythm of the point of sale where you will work
    • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
    • You have strong analytical skills, including numerical analysis.
    • You have a perfect command of English and another language would be a plus.
