    In this role, you will drive the development of the cross-functional congress strategy plan and lead its execution.

    In this role you will

    Lead the commercial development and execution of a robust cross-functional congress strategy, including:
    • Collaborating with medical, brand and sales teams, other therapy areas, and Global to develop a robust congress strategy and plan, aligned to brand plan
    • Working with external organisations to optimise engagement opportunities and share of voice through virtual, face to face and hyrbid congresses
    • Developing high impact content for delivery across channels, and continuing to optimise where appropriate to meet evolving external environment/incorporate new insights/data
    • Collaborating closely with congress leads across the business to identify/share learns, insights and leverage mutual opportunities
    • Being accountable for congress activity execution, ensuring all activities are in-line with relevant governance frameworks (ABPI code, GSK policies and procedures), and identifying areas for improvement within said frameworks to support optimal customer experience and internal ways of working
    • Developing clear metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

    Basic Qualifications & Skills:

    We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Deep understanding of ABPI Code, in particular from a Commercial perspective, and a high compliance mindset
    • Demonstrated project management skills, with a high attention to detail
    • Strong stakeholder management (working seamlessly with medical, sales, marketing, and other supporting functions) and communication
    • Agile, innovative and solution-focused approach
    • Previous experience working with third party suppliers
    Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

    Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:
    • Experience in respiratory would be favourable
    • Experience in events would be favourable
    • Veeva Vault (Content Lab) or equivalent approval platform experience
    • Strong reporting metrics/analytical skills
    • Ability to work without supervision and as well as part of a team
