- Manage day-to-day operations of commercial assets as per management agreements.
- Cultivate client relationships, understand client goals, and serve as the main contact for clients.
- Collaborate with various teams including Building Managers, Facilities Managers, Accounts, Graduates, and Contractors.
- Interpret lease structures and agreements.
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets in line with RICS guidelines.
- Conduct property visits, inspections, and communicate with tenants to evaluate contractor performance.
- Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms.
- Coordinate with leasing agents, solicitors, and external consultants.
- Oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Assist Directors in assessing new buildings and business opportunities.
- Proficient in reporting and negotiation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Updated knowledge of commercial property regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a senior commercial property manager.
- Understanding of property accounting.
- Strong IT proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with leading commercial property management software.
- Preferred MRICS certification.
- Driving license and vehicle will be necessary.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding company with ambitious growth plans. They will manage a diverse portfolio of high-value commercial assets throughout the UK, collaborating with prestigious clients.
The company's Head Office is situated in Cobham, Surrey, providing support from Property Management Accountants, Facilities Management Teams, and Office Support for property management activities.
Key Responsibilities
We seek self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach. Candidates should have a broad experience in commercial property management, including client interaction and accountability. The role involves travel within the UK and taking prompt ownership of assigned tasks.
