- Assess sensitivity and protection level of OT data within OT Environments to ensure proper data protection procedures are in place across all Business Units.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify highly sensitive data requiring special protection under the data governance program.
- Maintain the OT data classification policy in coordination with the OT Governance & Compliance team, covering data commonly associated with OT Operations.
- Manage OT data policies, procedures, and compliance assessments.
- Offer expert insights on preventing and analyzing OT Data threats and incidents.
- Establish and enforce data security policies, procedures, and standards to prevent unauthorized access and modifications.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits of OT data usage to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
- Monitor security events and alerts to detect and respond to potential incidents effectively.
- Investigate and address OT data security incidents, assist in root cause analysis, and develop remediation plans.
- Ensure OT data security requirements are incorporated into new systems and applications during design and development.
- Stay updated on emerging threats, industry trends, and best practices in OT data security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex security issues effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented approach in risk assessment and management.
- Ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
- Experience in influencing senior stakeholders in OT data management.
- Organizational skills with a focus on standards maintenance and reporting.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and frameworks like GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
- Background in data resilience, audit, and/or cybersecurity.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in global Data Security Management within OT Cyber Security.
- Proven track record in collaborating with stakeholders to address Data Security challenges.
- Effective communication skills for both native and non-native English speakers.
