    Description

    Graduate Security Analyst (Birmingham)
    Education:     2:1 in STEM Subjects & A-Level Mathematics
    Salary:     Starting £30,000, rising to £32,000 after 4-6 months

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    As a Graduate Security Analyst, you will:

    • Assist teams in understanding and executing security and compliance policies.
    • Document and analyze various software solutions.
    • Design and implement security systems and processes.
    • Solve technical problems using a structured approach.
    • Create and present training materials on security and policy.
    • Analyze security data to identify trends.
    • Take early responsibility for projects with structured feedback three times a year.

    The Role:

    • Analyze security data, design systems, educate teams, and solve technical problems to ensure compliance and security.
    • Join a talented, motivated, and friendly team.
    • Learn to combine innovation and technology to create new business models, guided by a management team led by former McKinsey partners.
    • Receive structured training and coaching, with written feedback every three months.
    • Take on real projects as soon as you are ready.

    Requirements:

    • 2:1 or 1st in a technical subject.
    • Good A-levels or equivalent.
    • Proven project delivery and task completion.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Keen interest in Security and Compliance.
    • Interest in IT and Software.
