    Our industry-leading client is searching for an experienced Digital Marketer to join their award-winning team in their Berkshire head offices.

    The Role – Digital Customer Journey Manager

    • Ensure the website is fully up to date, functioning and accurate at all times
    • Assist in implementing annual strategic plans and promote product launches, tactical campaigns, and brand and product awareness on websites
    • Consider current and future customer journey needs and develop future models - have a full understanding of how people search for products and validate new and existing customer online journeys
    • Work closely with local agencies to ensure all advertising activity is delivered to the expected standard
    The Requirements – Digital Customer Journey Manager
    • A forward-thinking individual with excellent relationship building skills
    • Experience with CMS platforms
    • Ideally some experience or knowledge of PPC, SEO and Google Analytics, though training can be provided
    • Experience liaising with external stakeholders is essential for this one
