- Ensure the website is fully up to date, functioning and accurate at all times
- Assist in implementing annual strategic plans and promote product launches, tactical campaigns, and brand and product awareness on websites
- Consider current and future customer journey needs and develop future models - have a full understanding of how people search for products and validate new and existing customer online journeys
- Work closely with local agencies to ensure all advertising activity is delivered to the expected standard
- A forward-thinking individual with excellent relationship building skills
- Experience with CMS platforms
- Ideally some experience or knowledge of PPC, SEO and Google Analytics, though training can be provided
- Experience liaising with external stakeholders is essential for this one
