    Food Science Graduate-Regulatory Affairs (Summer 2024 start)

    Supportingfood manufacturers and retailers with product innovation including: rheology,new product development, value optimisation, instructional development, pilotplant, quality and food safety manufacturing, thermal processing, newtechnologies, and regulatory affairs.

    They offer a valuable, extensive andauthoritative information and advisory service to help clients stay compliantwith food regulations in more than 80 countries.

    We're looking for the right candidate to start in Summer 2024

    You will support the provision of safe, honestly-marketedfood is a legal, commercial and moral imperative.
    You will learn food legislation for the UK and global markets, labbelling requirements and much more
    Develop, maintain and extend a high level of awareness ofcurrent food legislation, related issues and likely developments.
    Develop self to enhance performance and professionalism.
    Food Science graduate (or related subject) predicted classification 2:1 (or equivalent).
    ~ Understanding / knowledge of food law in relation to commercial,enforcement or policy setting would be an advantage.
    ~ Ideally you'll have had some previous experiencewithin food regulatory affairs.
    ~ Demonstratable skills in report writing and data analysis.
    ~ Akeen interest and passion in the food industry.
    ~ Good working knowledge of MS Office.
    ~ This role is remote based, with travel required once permonth to our site at Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire.
