    Description

    INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER - CONTRACT - REMOTEWe are hiring a Infrastructure Project Manager to join the ongoing project at our client.

    Shall be working on infrastructure related projects as part of a large scale tech refresh Programme.
    The candidate must have a track record of demonstrable project deliveries to time, cost and quality.
    We are looking for an articulate, motivated, reliable and pragmatic PM to replace contractors within the current team.
    Skills Required

    • Project Management - ideally a recognized PM qualification e.g. Prince 2 or similar
    • Planning
    • RAID management
    • Financial management -budget management and financial forecasting/tracking
    • Stakeholder management
    • Strong Communications (written and spoken)
    • Report writing
    • Proposal writing
    • Customer facing
    • Able to engage with technical resources and understand technical concepts
    • Arranging and chairing meetings, producing minutes
    • Project team management
    • Management of other PMs
    • Negotiation
    • Conflict management
    • Logical thinking
    • Articulate and concise communicator
    • Driven and motivatedRole purposemanagement of the project baselinethe production of the required products and the delivery of the project in partnership with the customer and business unit to ensure acceptance, closedown and handover to servicethe project requirements, ensuring that the requirements catalogue traceability matrix is completethe agreement process of the project requirements and objectives with the Project Board or appointed project assurance role. Operates along client's working practices ensuring compliance with local project management policy and procedureand coordinates materials and baselines during all phases of the project by careful planning and documentationand reporting project Key Performance Indicators to the Project Board through Highlight Reports and stage assessmentsbusiness and project risks and produces an effective plan and risk assessment so that timescales and project costs are understood and underwritten by all by the appropriate partiesthat formal review procedures are used. Manages the risks associated with the deliverables of the project in line with project management community the impact on the business unit's profit & loss due to project activities within the scope of the project is clearly visible and that all contingency usage is signed-off by the appropriate governance authority e.g. Project managing and tracking the project costs and supporting Business Units in meeting payment milestonesand manages the relationship with key stakeholders (customer, subcontractors and Client).
