An exciting opportunity has become available for a current band 7 or a senior band 6 looking for a change or to further their career to join our team . The band 7 Clinical lead will be responsible for day to day clinical leadership on the unit as well as assisting the Lead Nurse and Matron with other responsibilities.
Main duties of the job
The band 7 clinical lead will be responsible for day to day clinical leadership on the unit ensuring safety, quality and capacity is maintained at all times as well as assisting with lead nurse and matron with other responsibilities including rostering and governance related topics. You will also be allocated link nurse roles and be responsible for the audits and action plans for these.
The applicant must be able to work flexibly, including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
