- Managing the process for responding to RfPs, which involves gathering and sharing bid intelligence, coordinating clarifications, drafting response content, formatting, and ensuring commercial sign-off.
- Organising and assisting with pitch presentations, including the creation of materials that make a lasting impression.
- Keeping the new business tracker and CRM system up to date
- Actively participating in BD & Marketing meetings in order to contribute to strategy and growth.
- Ensuring that all service propositions have the necessary collateral materials and developing new proposition materials when needed.
- Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive bid response library, which will be an invaluable resource for our team. The list of responsibilities in this role profile are not exhaustive and the role holder may be required to undertake such duties as may be reasonably required from time to time.
- Collecting and periodically analysing feedback from completed bids, helping continuously improve the approach.
- Collaborating closely with other team members to identify prospects and pursue leads.
- 3-4 years of experience in a bid support role, including crafting RfP responses and developing presentation materials.
- Teamwork and collaboration, so working effectively with others is essential. Your writing skills and creativity will shine in this role.
- Organisation is key, as you will manage projects, treating each RfP like a project of its own.
- You'll also be comfortable in using software like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. If you can use Power BI that will be a really welcome skill
- Ability to think outside the box
- Good engaging personality - someone who wants to pick up the phone rather than hide behind emails
