    IN-HOUSE LEGAL COUNSEL OPPORTUNITY- BELFAST BASED** We are hiring for our client, a global management consultancy firm with a prestigious clientele of leading corporations and financial institutions.

    This is an exceptional opportunity to join the European In-House Legal team based in Belfast.

    If you are a Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE with expertise in commercial contracts, we want to hear from you.

    Negotiate and draft various types of legal documents including contracts, memos, subcontracts, vendor agreements and other legal documents.
    Analyze new and changing laws and regulations.
    Identify liability exposure and provide creative solutions to manage and reduce risk.
    Interact with outside counsel for the Company as well as outside counsel for adverse parties.

    Conduct negotiations with external third parties, elevating unresolved legal issues to other members of the legal department as appropriate.

    Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years PQE with commercial contracts experience.
    An agile mindset to adapt to evolving legal landscapes.
