    As Onfido's portfolio expands, this role is central to Onfido's continued transformation into a broader end-to-end SaaS-based platform, solving our clients' biggest user identity needs.

    With new use cases, product lines, and geographies, you'll be shaping how we design and scale our platform, improving the way we run our business through evolution and revolution across provisioning, billing, customer accounts, and more partnering closely with our finance, technology, ops teams, and ultimately joining the dots across the business with technology to provide better, faster outcomes across our customer lifecycle.

    This is a high-impact and wide-reaching role, with senior stakeholders across our Sales, Customer, Finance, and Operations teams.
    Developing a deep understanding of your customers needs, both external and internal, building a clear picture of how everything comes together to form Onfido's internal ecosystem, and how we could improve it
    Strategic and tactical roadmapping and planning
    Initiatives for development - prioritising the biggest problems in your domain and working with design and engineering teams to solve them, focusing on key outcomes and providing crystal clear requirements
    Launching - Planning, communicating, and rolling out releases and functionality to both our clients and the internal teams who serve them
    Creative problem solver with a holistic mindset - connecting the dots, systematic in structuring them and detail-oriented in specifying them
