    We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join Geomiq to own the people processes we have built up to help aid operational performance and scalability in the business.

    This will be a key role in helping to develop Geomiq's culture and reporting directly to the Head of Talent and Development.

    Helping with service desk enquires

    HR Policies and Compliance:
    Work with the Head of Talent and Development to continue to develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
    Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality


    Performance Management:
    Work closely with managers to support on performance-related matters
    Ensure feedback and performance reviews occur in each department on a regular basis
    Conduct employee surveys to identify areas for improvement


    Office Management:
    Managing and negotiating leases on facilities
    Stocking kitchen
    Ensure company policies and updates are communicated effectively
    Bachelor's Degree in related field
    Experience building People Operations processes from the ground up and scaling
    Experience within performance management
    Competitive salary
